He was predeceased by: his mother Lelia Mae Hinton; and his brothers, William and Bert Bills. He is survived by: his father Rev. Andrew Allen Bills Sr.; his children, Lamont, Gregory and Andrea Bills; his stepsons, Max (Stephanie) and Eric Von Schimpf (Lautuaolealofa); and his siblings, Brenda Bills and Gerald Bills (Kim). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended relatives, friends, mentees, and ministry partners who were impacted by his love.
A family service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at 14642 Bushard St, Westminster, CA 92683-5624. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
