“My deepest condolences for the loss of a wonderful person. I last saw Phil in 2024 after he had his stroke and was sad to see him in poor health. I will always remember him as an amazing human being who dearly loved his family and cherished his friends from Orange Coast Velo cycling club. Phil was an excellent cyclist and very helpful to his fellow cyclists. And thank you Phil for supporting my ride across the USA. Miss you. Rest in peace. Love, T.C.”
