He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth Anne Swaze; and his children, Frederick J. Swaze and Theresa A. S. Aguilar. He is survived by: his daughters, Mary Jane Jones, Gwenn Swaze and Jennifer Swaze. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
