He was predeceased by : his parents, Margaret Townsend Guidry and Paul Harold Guidry, Sr.; and his godparents, Nolan Guidry, Sr. and Lillie Mae Gant. He is survived by : his siblings, Paul Harold Guidry, Jr. of Baton Rouge, LA, Eric Charles Guidry (Jerrenda) of Baton Rouge, LA and Keisha Marie Guidry of Destrehan, LA; and his godchildren, Chance Paddio of Morgan City, LA, Alexis Guidry of Atlanta, GA, Qua'Shana Elizabeth Jenkins of Morgan City, LA and Tina Clark of Morgan City, LA.
