He is survived by: his wife Rory Michael Watts; his children, Ashlee Michael Boise (Brenden Boise), Kamden and Hayden; his brothers, Paul M. "Scott" Watts of Willows, Gary W. Watts (Janelle) of Goodyear, Arizona, David L. Cecil (Marcia) of Chico and Donald C. Cecil (Carol) of Willows; and his nephew Jacob Watts (Alicia) of Sacramento. He is also survived by several step-nieces, step-nephews, and grand-nieces and nephews.
