It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Josephine Gloria Ruiz (Windsor, California), who passed away on August 14, 2019, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Ruiz and Lottie Ruiz of Castroville; and her siblings, Dorothy Lathum, Robert, Joseph A and John Ruiz.
She is survived by: her sister Susan Pere (John) of Prunedale; her brother-in-law Don Lathum of Salinas; her nieces and nephews, Tammie Ferguson, Charlotte Mayfield, Cheryl Ruiz, Michelle Williams, Debbie Monroe, Juanita Ruiz, Darrin Ruiz, Roger Monroe, Jimmie Lathum, John Ruiz Jr, Steve Ruiz and Jimmy Monroe; and her cousins, Richard Gonzales, Fermin Avila, Donna, Diane Carroll, Patty Garcia and Christina Gonzales.
