The passing of Russ Lester of Winters, California, born in San Jose, California leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on September 22, 2025 at the age of 71. He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazel Barnes Lester and William Walter Lester II; his siblings, Marie Adams (Lester) and William "Bill" Lester III; and his daughter Amy.
He is survived by: his brothers, Stanley "Stan" Lester and George Lester; his wife Kathy; and his daughters, Sarah Lester Guzman, Jenny Lester Moffitt, Christine Ashley (Lester) and Summer Lester. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
