She is survived by: her husband Reese Grant Goddard III of Visalia; her children, Debra Ann O'Neill (Justice) of Fresno and Timothy Ray Justice of Tulare; her grandchildren, Tristen Dakota Jones and Caleb Levi Jones; and her great grandchildren, Natalie, Ayden, Cooper, Savannah and Penelope Jones.
