He was predeceased by: his parents, Charley Hutchins and DeLois Hutchins (Hobbs); his significant other Betty Hutchins (Barber); his children, Debbie Joost and Ronnie Hutchins; his siblings, Charles Jr., Donna, Ronnie, Helen, Benton, Joseph Ralph (Ralphy), Exene Woods, Albert and Billy Charles; and his grandsons, Justin Joost and James Hutchins.
He is survived by: his siblings, Norme McKnight of Charleston, Joyce Underwood of Arbuckle Island, Carolyn Green of Fort Smith and Johnny Hutchins (Louise) of Fort Smith.
