He is survived by: his wife Glenna Hayes; his sister Mona Morford of Donald; his children, Letha (Tai Sines) and Eric (Penny Hayes); his stepdaughters, Michelle (Carrie Small) and Amy (Brian Davis); and his grandchildren, Mark (Kelly Puget), Haley (Noe Navarro), Cameron Hayes, Amanda, Josh Hall, Audrey and Bradey Davis. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren, plus numerous nieces and nephews.
