He is survived by: his wife Judith Smith of Yermo, CA; his daughters, Lisa Ruff of Royal Center, IN and Denise "Dee Dee" Evans of Apple Valley, CA; his daughter-in-law Laura Smith of Barstow, CA; his siblings, Raymond Smith of Provo, UT and Bonnie Viloria of Parker, AZ; his grandchildren, Justin, Brittany Ruff, Richie Thompson, Ezra, Elizabel Evans, Hunter, Logan and Bryce Smith; and his great grandchildren, Colton Melton and Jay Ruff.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Silver Valley Baptist Church, Yermo, CA.
