She was predeceased by : her husband Gurmit Singh Suprai; her parents, Charan Singh Chima and Pritam Kaur Chima; her son Bhupinder Singh Suprai; her brothers, Karnail Singh Chima and Joginder Singh Chima; and her granddaughter Kalbir Kaur.

She is survived by : her children, Surinder Singh Suprai, Paramjit Singh Suprai, Balwinder Kaur Pahal and Balbir Kaur Heir. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
