Garner of Yuba City, California, born in Longview, Texas, who passed away on January 1, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Dixie Garner and Raymond Garner; and his sister Judy. He is survived by : his children, James W., Michael, John J., Stephanie and Brandy; his stepson Dan Johnson of Yuba City; and his wife Verna Gerber-Garner of Yuba City.
