He was predeceased by: his parents, John Roper and Mildred Roper; and his sister Judy McKenna (Bob). He is survived by: his siblings, Sharon Hooker, Vickie Dana and Jeff Roper; his wife Janice; his sons, Jason (Nicole), Brian (Leanne) and Chris (Christina); and his grandchildren, Hallie Roper, Jace Roper, Ty Roper, Bentley Norris, Kara Roper, Jake Roper, Charlize Harryman and Rosie Harryman.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Bayside Adventure Church of Yuba City (876 W Onstott Frontage Rd, Yuba City, CA 95993).
