He was predeceased by : his former life partner Helen; and his parents, Ruth and Francis. He is survived by : his wife Xuan; his stepchildren, Huu, Kim, Thuy and Joe; his siblings, Roger and Nancy; his son Jack Jr.; and his friend James S.. He is also survived by his 5 step-grandchildren.
