James touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Smith Manlowe; his sons, James, Michael and David Manlowe; and his stepchildren, Loren SMith and Gayle Haro.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the First Church of God (12452 Bryant St, Yucaipa, CA 92399).
