She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Matthews and Florice Logan Matthews; her husband Leo Purdy; and her daughter-in-law Kathy. She is survived by: her sons, Dale (Sandy) and Mark. She is also survived by her grandchildren, her great grandchildren, and her great-great grandchildren.

Donations may be made to the Lincoln County Health Hospice.
