She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Holmes Moots and Ermaline Almeta Hoover-Moots; her sisters, Glenda and Jane; and her in-laws, Clarence, Ellen Lucas, Harvey Lucas, Leora, Clifford White, Maxine and Leonard Ashcraft.

She is survived by: her husband Vernie; her children, Scott Lucas (Debbie) of Greeley and Patty Denbo (Dave) of Akron; her grandchildren, Amanda Flynn (Justin), Valerie Edinger (Aaron), Veronica Preston (Matt), Calvin Denbo, Daniel Denbo (Kayla) and Destiny DeCosta (Samuel); her grandson-in-law Walt Baca; and her great grandchildren, Kaitlynn, Ellie, Everett, Cameron, Capri, Cortana, Dexton, Corbin, Jaylynn, Tyler, Vincent, Emily, Ava, Dirklyn and Mason. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
