She was predeceased by: her parents, William David Hubbard and Martha Louise Hubbard (Bickert); her brother Jimmy Hubbard; and her daughter Jenica Wells. She is survived by: her children, Tessa Bacon (Nick) of Akron and Adam Wells (Kindra) of Brush; her brothers, Dave Hubbard of Akron and Jerry Hubbard (Natalie) of Greeley; her aunt Eleanor Tormohlen of Michigan; and her grandchildren, Venessa, Nickolas, Abreanna, Antonio, Alexander, RyLee, Jordan, Jaiden and Jace. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Breakthrough T1D (formerly Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation), in honor of Lori's son and grandson.
