With solemn reverence, we commemorate Mary Ann Kundert-Saffer of Akron, Colorado, born in Colton, California, whose life came to an end on May 14, 2026 at the age of 99, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William H Salley and Birdie May Salley (Cox); her siblings, Paul, Glen, Phyllis and Sandra; and her granddaughter Sally Marie.
She is survived by: her sons, Pat Kundert (Judy) of Broomfield and Tom Kundert (Linda) of Lakewood; and her siblings, Barbara Wilson of Medford and Bill Salley of Littleton. She is also survived by her four grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, one great-great granddaughter, and many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 27th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the United Methodist Church of Akron (101 W 3rd St, Akron, CO 80720).
Donations in her memory may be made to the American Heart Association or The American Macular Degeneration Foundation.
