He was predeceased by: his parent Anastacio Duran (Rosa Casias); his wife Candie Duran; his significant other Francis Lovato Cisneros; his daughter Kerin Duran (Yassine Kriness) of Antonito, Colorado; his mother Rosa Casias Duran; his grandson Davidlee; and his siblings, Vianes Casias, Gloria Casias, Eduardo Duran, Jose Olivio Duran and Jimmy Duran.
He is survived by: his grandsons, Carlos Martinez and Victor Cardona; his great grandchild Philecia Martinez of Denver, Colorado; and his sister Betty Lou Duran of Colorado Springs, Colorado.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Viewing will be held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Ortiz Catholic Church. A Mass will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church (6633 Co Rd 13, Antonito, CO 81120). A burial will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at the Ortiz Cemetery.
