He was predeceased by: his parents, Lariano Montoya and Espidiana Montoya (Maez); and his siblings, Lena Mondragon, Stella Romero and Squanto Montoya.
He is survived by: his daughter Darlene Gomez (Peter) of Sanford, CO; his granddaughter Kaylee Romero (Patrick) of Alamosa, CO; and his siblings, Sally Nieve (Joe) of Denver, CO, Joe Montoya of Denver, CO and Wedo Montoya of Capulin, CO.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
