He is survived by: his daughter Grace Fernandez (Matthew); his grandchildren, James Ortega (Alyssa Chavez) and Mia Ortega (Kody Brubacher); and his great grandchildren, Azalea Ortega, Brian Brubacher, Alfonse Ortega-Chavez and Kaylani Brubacher. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and many dear friends.
