He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Piedad Atkins, Jose Arellano and Mary Moncivaiz-Lucero. He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Atkins; his children, Jaleysia, Alejandro, Michael and Xylina Faith; his parents, Larry Atkins Sr. (Mary) and Denise Moncivaiz (Paul); his siblings, Bethany Streyle (Karl), Tyler Atkins (Anahi) and Darion Moncivaiz (Breanna); and his grandmothers, Lillian Arellano and Mary Ramoz.
Viewing will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. A rosary will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Centennial High School (14644 CO-159, San Luis, CO 81152). A burial will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at the Chama Cemetery.
