She was predeceased by: her parents, Willis McNelly and Mary McNelly (Creighton); her son Billy Doyle; her husband Raymond Haggard; and her grandson David Hiatt.
She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Hester of Alamosa and Kathy Ottley of Avondale, AZ; and her grandchildren, Rory, Stephanie, Brett, Jocelyn, Andy, Stephen, Karen and Brian. She is also survived by great grandchildren and 2 ½ great great grandchildren.
