He was predeceased by : his father Rocky Cunningham. He is survived by : his brother Jacob Lee Cunningham; his adoptive father Randy (Jeina Shelley); his aunts, Dottie Jo Ferguson and Elva Cunningham; and his uncle Kenneth Ricky Cunningham. He is also survived by siblings and ½ siblings that were important to him, along with many friends.
