She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Joseph Benton Buckley and Mary Elizabeth Buckley; her husband Arthur William McPheeters; her daughters, Heather Robinson, Hillary White (Tobin) and Hayley Thompson (Michael); her grandchildren, Benton Koenig, Emma White, Jace Robinson, Xin Ai Robinson, Mitchell Thompson and Madelynn Thompson; her siblings, Chuck Buckley (Becky), John Buckley (Reba), Mary Beth Farmer (Ron), Pat Buckley and Jean Buckley; her sister-in-law Donna Luther; her extended family, Carol Remerowski and Don Graham; and her pet Penny. She was also cherished by her numerous nieces and nephews and cousin.
In Lieu of flowers, Barbara has asked that people contribute to St. Paul's Lutheran Church's Prayer Garden Project.
