He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Joseph Evertz and Helen Ann Evertz; his wife Marilyn Evertz; his daughters, Vicki Watson and Kristine Evertz; and his siblings, James Evertz and Lois Smith.
He is survived by: his sons, Hal Hott (Kellie), Mark Hott (Cristy) and Joseph Evertz; and his sister Karen Richard (Jim). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
