He was predeceased by: his birth mother Betty Ruth Wilson; and his adoptive parents, Charles Wesley Weaver and Kathryn Janet Weaver. He is survived by: his wife Caroline Gail Portmann-Weaver of Arvada, CO; and his children, Amanda Gail Weaver (Marlboro, MD), Alesia Nicole Weaver-Harzold of King George, VA and James Wesley Weaver of Garden City, SC.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Faith Church (in honor of Eddie's life and the compassion extended to him and his family), the Disabled American Veterans, or the American Cancer Society.
