She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Brooks Rusher and Margaret Bain Rusher; and her siblings, William, Donald, Norman and Loretta Plunkett.

She is survived by: her husband Charles Samuel Jeffreys; her son Curtis Jeffreys (Jacquie); her grandson Zachary; and her son Dr. Timothy Jeffreys (Jeff).

Memorial contributions may be made in honor of Donna to Westminster Christian Church or Donor Alliance.
