She was predeceased by: her husband Jack; and her son Herbert. She is survived by: her daughter Mary Walker (Jimmy). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.

Dorothy has requested donations to Shriners Children's Hospital in Salt Lake City in lieu of flowers.
