She was predeceased by : her parents, Frank Misiaszek and Theresa Misiaszek (Konieczny); and her husband Al Pokorny. She is survived by : her children, Donna Henry (Jim), Jeff Pokorny (Laurie) and Mark Pokorny. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
