She was predeceased by: her parents, William George Laughlin and Dorothy Marie Laughlin (Sandstrom); her husband Joseph L. Sorrentino; her close friend Albert LoSasso; and her sister Madelyn Hicks.
She is survived by: her son Ronald Kirk Sorrentino (Beth); her grandchildren, Christopher Leigh Potter (Emily) and Shawna Renée Potter (Shawn Seeley); and her great grandchildren, Naomi McClure, Madeline Potter, Everleigh Potter, Elijah Potter, Malachi Potter, Joseph Potter and Caleb Seeley. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Denver Mortuary (12801 W 44th Ave, Wheat Ridge, CO 80033). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Mount Olivet Catholic Cemetery (12801 W 44th Ave, Wheat Ridge, CO 80033).
