He is survived by: his mother Shirley Bornstein; his wife Sandy (Sandy); his son Joshua Bornstein (Rachael Israel); his grandchildren, Avram and Amari; his son Adam Bornstein (Rachel Spatt Bornstein); his grandchildren, Bode and Asher; his son Aaron Bornstein (Candice Bornstein); his grandchildren, Max and Isabella; his son Jordan Bornstein (Kayla Garthwaite); his grandson Oliver; and his brothers, Bruce Bornstein (Maureen Bornstein), Ian Bornstein, Scott Bornstein (Ruth Bornstein) and Mitchell Bornstein.
