He was predeceased by: his stepfather Norman Slama; his grandparents, Dominick, Eleanor Triolo and Sharon Luther; and his uncles, Timothy Yack and Dan Huddleston.

He is survived by: his spouse Allyson Kristine Wright; his daughter Ruby Blair Triolo of Seneca; his parents, James Triolo of Milford and Mona Huddleston of Lincoln, Nebraska; his sister Natalie Hershberger (Nick Hershberger) of Lincoln, Nebraska; and his nieces and nephews, Lauren, Benjamin, Wil, Max, Ellie and Greyson Hershberger.

Memorials may be made to the family on behalf of Jerod's daughter, Ruby.
