He was predeceased by : his parents, Raymond Waibel and Rachel Waibel; his brother Richard Waibel; his son William "Billy" Waibel; and his wife Delores Waibel.

He is survived by : his sons, Doug Waibel (Lynn) and Alan Waibel; his grandchildren, Will Waibel (Teal), Eli Waibel, Mitch Waibel (Sarah Person), Victoria Burke (Tyler), Isabelle Thomas and Anthony Thomas; his great grandchild Breyer Waibel (Brindle Waibel); and his sister Iris Jones.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Altitude Church of God.

“Sorry for the lateness of our condolences. We wish to offer our sympathy to the family. John and Delores came to visit Len and Donna Waibel on several occasions. We enjoyed their visits.
