He is survived by: his mother-in-law Theresa Welch; his daughter Kimberly; his wife Theresa; his son-in-law Andrew Wright Putnam; his granddaughters, Tessa Caroline and Isabella Rose Putnam of Denver; and his brother David Carey of Akron. He is also survived by four brothers-in-law, six sisters-in-law, various nieces and nephews and cousins.
