He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph H. Joyce, Sr. and Margaret Joyce (O'Brien); his wife Mary E. "Marilyn" Joyce (Munroe); his children, Marilyn Lamson (John) of Amesbury and Joseph Joyce; and his siblings, Albert F. Joyce and Elizabeth Gould.
He is survived by: his sons, Paul Joyce (Terry) of Arvada, CO and Kevin Joyce (Beth) of Lakewood, CO. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
