We are sad to announce that on November 1, 2023, at the age of 79, Karen Kay Weeks (Arvada, Colorado) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Robert Boeckenhauer and Inez Boeckenhauer (Wriedt); her siblings, Juanita Jean, Lauren Robert and Maurice Eugene; her children, Karen and Gene; her husband Gene Weeks; her children, Kara Weeks and Kevin Weeks (Kelly); her grandchildren, Brent and Riley Weeks; her sister Juanita Reed Boniface; and her sisters-in-law, Dee Boeckenhauer and Irene Weeks. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

The Nebraska 4-H Foundation to honor her love for the program that taught her so much.
