He was predeceased by: his child Syd Staggs. He is survived by: his parents, Richard Staggs and Alverta Staggs (Kelley Staggs); his children, Sarah Staggs, Kyle Fernandez, Samantha Szabo, Colin Szabo and Spencer Staggs; his siblings, Lewanne Graeber, Miles Staggs, Keith Staggs and Kendra Briggs; his grandsons, Kash and Kamron Fernandez; his former spouse Kelley Craven; and his daughter Susan (Syd). He is also survived by spouses and children.
During the Covid years, he took up taxidermy; Youtube was his best resource and after a few trials and failures, he began making detailed dioramas of some of his favorite wildlife scenes.
