He is survived by: his children, Nadine Brannon of Fairbanks, AK, Maria Elena Tomei of Thornton, CO, Neal Ervin Neff Jr. of Denver, CO and Wayne Andrew Neff of Goldfield, CO.. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great-grandchildren, 3 Brothers and 3 Sisters and many-many cousins, nieces and nephews.
