She was predeceased by: her parents, Delbert Whited and Cecelia Whited; her husband William Lowe Jr.; and her siblings, Connie Whited and John Whited (Jack).

She is survived by: her sisters, Mary Krohn and Lois Kruse; and her daughters, Monica Heinzman, Cheryl TerHaar and Renee Delvo. She is also survived by two grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
