It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond Mario DelPo (Arvada, Colorado), born in Waterbury, Connecticut, who passed away on December 2, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Angelina DelPo (Datelle) and Mario DelPo; and his wife Eleanor. He is survived by: his children, Luke DelPo and Amy DelPo of Denver, CO.; his children-in-law, Debbie Handy and Paul Means of Denver; his daughters, Sophia Means, Charlie Means and Lucy Means of Denver; his granddaughter Stephanie Burton (Handy) of Glade Hill, VA; his great grandchildren, Lauren Trent (Wood) and Jenna Burton; his great great grandchild Avery Trent; his brothers, Jack DelPo of Middlebury, CT and Donald DelPo of Willow Grove, PA.; and his caregivers, Mia, Kait, Irma, Kerith, Kolton, Renee, Valerie, Genet, Maddie, Reatha, Cherokee, Sarah, Clarion and Ariana. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, you donate to the Maria Droste Counseling Center in Denver or another charity of your choice, keeping in mind Ray's lifelong commitment to caring for children and families and people struggling with their mental health.
