She is survived by: her husband Melvin Rodney Liggett; her siblings, Geniveve Marie Gallegos, Jay Howard Parsons (Vickie) and Merlin Roy Parsons; and her children, Sheila Ann Carter (Brett) and Scott Allan Liggett (Sandy). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren.
