She was predeceased by: her parents, Chetford "Chet" Maddox and Chloe Maddox; and her siblings, Jim, Darrell Maddox, Norma "Teets" McWilliams, Nadean Kindell and Reva Musselmann.
She is survived by: her husband Daniel Carroll; her children, Steven Carroll (Sinuon) and Christina Carroll; her grandchildren, Brianna Carroll (Matthew Hundley), Kenyon Carroll and Netayah Chum; and her siblings, Renee "Dolly" Wing and Tom "Bud" Maddox.
