She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. David C. Scott and Dorothy Scott (Thompson); and her sisters, Maribelle Severine (Scott) of Ft. Wayne and Priscilla Holm (Scott) of Blair, Nebraska.. She is survived by: her husband Walter; and her children, Walter E. Mader, III (Kristen) and Amy Mader. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren, two nieces and a nephew.
