He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Palmer and Lee Palmer. He is survived by: his wife Lavonne; his son Scott (Lorie); his grandchildren, Sophie and Levi; his son Ryan (Andrea); his sister Nancy Martin; and his mother-in-law Bertha Dobson.
