She was predeceased by: her parents, George Smith and Annie Smith; and her siblings, Clyde, Leslie, Merle "Smitty", Gladys and Jean.
She is survived by: her husband John P Gallagher; her sister Lois Elain; Bill Epic. She is also survived by her three children and their spouses, five grandchildren and their spouses, six great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
