He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter E. Mader Sr. and Elsie Langenegger Mader; and his wife Suzanne Scott. He is survived by: his sister Marlyce Kampfe of Dallas, Texas; his children, Walter E Mader III (Kristen) of Lakewood and Amy Mader of Arvada, Colorado; and his grandchildren, Adam Mader (Tessa) of Lakewood, Andrew Boykin of Alexandria, Virginia and Alyssa Mader Scherer (Jake) of Tigard, Oregon.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
