It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Zirka Markewycz of Aspen, Colorado, born in Poughkeepsie, New York, who passed away on July 28, 2023, at the age of 37, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her grandparents, Oksana, Wolodymyr Lenec, Paulina and Michajlo Markewycz. She is survived by : her pet Pepper; her parents, Zwen and Zenon; her brother Zenon Jr. (Katie); and her nephew Michael. She is also survived by several loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
